This page describes how the locandastravedo.it website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it.
Locanda Stravedo chiede, per poter fornire i propri servizi, al cliente alcune informazioni.
The personal data that the customer transmits while browsing this website (hereinafter “Site”) is processed fairly and transparently for lawful purposes and in compliance with EU legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679).
This document does not include processing carried out on other websites that may be consulted by the user via links on the Site.
The processing will be carried out for the following purposes and methods:
1. Data controller.

2. Object of the processing.
The Data Controller will process the personal data provided by the customer while browsing the Site (name, surname, email, telephone number, credit card number) solely for the purposes indicated in this policy.
Upon arrival at the property, guests will also be asked to provide identification details in order to comply with legal requirements for accommodation facilities.
When issuing an invoice, the customer will also be asked for their residential address and tax code, as required by Presidential Decree 633/72.
3. Purpose of the processing.
The purposes of the processing pursued in general by the Data Controller can be summarized as follows:
- to allow the customer to book and pay for a stay at the property;
- to allow the customer to send a contact email with specific requests;
- to fulfill the obligations imposed on accommodation facilities by law.
4. Categories of personal data concerned.
The data processed will be those described above, strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
5. Recipients or possible categories of recipients of personal data.
Customer data will be communicated to the following parties:
- Venice Police Headquarters, in compliance with legal obligations (limited to name, surname, and identity document details);
- Online booking system: Octorate s.r.l., Largo dei Caduti di El Alamein n. 20, Rome, Italy;
- The accounting firm responsible for handling administrative, accounting, and tax requirements.
Customer data will not be disclosed.
6. Data transfer.
Personal data will be managed and stored on servers owned by the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed by the Data Controller, located within the EU. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
7. Data retention period.
The Owner will retain the personal data provided (name, surname, email, telephone number, credit card number, and ID details) for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. The data will therefore be deleted seven days after the end of your stay, to allow the Owner time to verify that the property has been returned in good condition. Only tax information (name, surname, residential address, and tax code), in the event of an invoice, will be retained for 10 years, as required by law.
8. Rights of the interested party.
As a data subject, the customer has the following rights:
a) the right to request from the Data Controller access to personal data and, if existing, the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning the data subject or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
b) il diritto di proporre reclamo a un’autorità di controllo.
The customer may exercise the aforementioned rights by sending an email to the Data Controller at the address indicated in the previous art. 1).
9. Nature of the data provision and consequences of refusal to respond.
Providing data for the purposes indicated above is necessary and mandatory. Without it, it will not be possible to provide the customer with the services described in Article 13. 3).
